Agentia McCann Erickson Romania a primit marele premiu pentru campania "Ghita Ciobanul", in cadrul Galei Effie Romania 2014, eveniment desfasurat luni seara si care a premiat cele mai eficiente campanii de publicitate din ultimul an. In cadrul Galei, au fost acordate 40 de premii unui numar de 18 agentii.

Pe langa marele premiu, McCann Erickson a castigat alte cinci premii pentru campanii derulate pentru Mega Image, Rom, Vodafone. O alta agentie, Graffiti BBDO, a primit [erata] sapte premii, inclusiv doua de aur. Doua trofee de aur a castigat si GMP, pentru campania "Why Don't You Come Over" - client Gandul.info.

Dintre agentiile care au inscris campanii, o agentie de media - Mindshare - este singura care a castigat doua premii - un argint si un bronz. Au mai castigat cate un premiu, in calitate de agentii care au inscris campanii, UM Romania (parte a McCann) si Starcom MediaVest.

In total au fost acordatate 11 premii de aur, 15 de argint si 13 de bronz si un mare premiu. Cele 18 agentii de comunicare premiate sunt:

Cohn & Jansen JWT, Geometry Global Romania, GMP Advertising, Graffiti BBDO, Jazz, Leo Burnett & Target, Lowe & Partners, McCann Erickson,  Mindshare Media, Next Advertising, Papaya Advertising, Propaganda, Publicis Bucharest, Starcom MediaVest Group, The Geeks si Wunderman Romania.

Juriul - care a avut de analizat 90 de campanii inscrise - a fost format din 55 de reprezentanti marcanti ai industriei de marketing si comunicare din Romania si a fost condus de Bianca Borubon, franchise operations director - Europa Centrala la Coca-Cola Central and Southern Europe.
